Purpose of application is to review/update existing backcharge reasons or set up new ones.

Step Action
1. Open Maintain Backcharge Reasons application.
2. Select a backcharge reason from the Please Choose an Existing Backcharge Reason drop down list and click .
3. Review the General Information and Update Control sections of the form and make any necessary adjustments. Make sure that all of the required fields are filled out.
4. When you are done, click .

11.3.2 Creating a new backcharge reason
Step Action
1. Open Maintain Backcharge Reasons application.
2. Enter a new backcharge reason in the Enter NEW backcharge reason input field and click .
3. Fill out the General Information and Update Control sections of the form.

FORM FAQ
General Information
Backcharge Reason ID A unique ID used to identify the backcharge reason.
Backcharge Reason Status Current status of the backcharge reason (e.g. active, inactive).
Description Enter description used to describe backcharge (e.g. late installation).
Update Control
Update Backcharge Info For Division Select the divisions in which backcharge reason will be active.
