11.23.1 How to delete a template from report?
Select a template from the Select A Template drop down list and click .

11.23.2 Why it takes so long to display a report?
The more criteria you select for the report output, the longer it takes to download (e.g. running a report for all projects in a division could take forever to display). The solution is to narrow down your search criteria as much as possible (e.g. single lot, date range).

Note: Sometimes, however, the problem of speed can be related to Internet connection. In cases like this, please contact your Internet Provider or our Technical Support team.
11.23.3 How to delete a deficiency entered for the wrong lot?
You cannot remove it from the system. However, you can change the deficiency status to CANCELLED.

11.23.4 How to update a purchaser?
To update an existing purchaser, click on one of the Update Purchaser links (e.g. , ) accordingly.

11.23.5 How to remove a purchaser?
To delete a purchaser, erase purchaser ID from the Purchaser ID input field and click or . Note: This is applicable only in cases when an additional, unnecessary purchaser was entered by mistake.
