9.1 Getting Started
A complete overview of the PDA module and its applications.


Application Purpose
Maintain Lot Punch Task Purpose of application is to add punch task(s) to lot task(s). A punch task is not related directly to a lot task. Lot punch task is simply a fix that needs to be performed during or after the lot task completion. NOTE: Punch tasks cannot be assigned to lot tasks whose schedules have been deleted, but can be assigned to tasks which have not began or whose schedules have temporary stopped.
Maintain Lot Task Variance Purpose of application is to add lot task variance(s) to expired schedule lot task(s) whose completion dates have already passed.
Update Multiple Schedule Lot Task Purpose of application is to update scheduled tasks for one or more lots en masse. You can change the completion status, add punch tasks or task variances.
Maintain Project Punch Task Purpose of application is to create, update, view and distribute project punch tasks. Project punch task, is simply a fix that needs to be performed during or after the project's completion (e.g. re-sod lawn at community entrance).
View Lot Options A report which displays standard and miscellaneous options currently approved on a lot. Note: Unapproved options will not display.
